Vinyl logo decal orders typically take 5 days from order placement to delivery
artwork changes, communication times, holidays, weekends, may cause this to change without notice.
Other items may require additional processing that may add several days, Including but not limited to: decals that require weeding and masking, stickers, flags, customer items, apparel, swag, printed paper products. Contact us if you have questions.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Vinyl Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 days using FedEx or UPS
Small sticker orders may use USPS
Shipping is free inside the US including Alaska and Hawaii, we currently do not ship outside of the US.
If you're in a US territory, we can ship to you at a an additional cost based on size and weight. Your product will be shipped via USPS

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer no refunds on printed products, you may request an refund before we print for no fee.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at moo@inkcowprints.com with your name or order number and a photo of the item’s condition for a replacement.
If product is damaged during install we, will send up to one replacement per customer. please contact us at moo@incowprints.com
